This page explains, in plain terms, what Pinora keeps about you, what it does with it, and what say you have over it. We have tried to keep it short and clear.

What we collect

Everything below is either something you enter, something produced as you use the app, or something your browser sends automatically.

Your account

  • Your name and email address
  • Your password, which is stored encrypted and cannot be read, by us or anyone else
  • The language you chose for the interface

Body and health details you enter

  • Gender, date of birth, height and weight
  • Activity level and your weight goal
  • The daily calorie and macronutrient targets we calculate from them
  • This is health-related information about you, and we treat it as the most sensitive data we hold

Food, photos and history

  • Photos of meals you upload
  • What the AI identified in them and the nutrition it estimated
  • Meals you log by hand, along with any notes you attach
  • The date and time of every entry

Subscription and payments

  • Your plan, your remaining credits, and how many analyses you have used this month
  • The amount, status and reference number of each transaction
  • The last four digits of the card you paid with, so you can recognise the charge on your bank statement
  • Your full card details are entered on the bank's payment page and never reach Pinora

Technical data

  • IP address, browser and device type
  • Which pages you opened and when
  • Error and crash logs

What we use it for

Running the service

  • Analysing the photos you upload
  • Calculating your daily targets and building your dashboard and history
  • Counting the AI credits your plan includes

Talking to you

  • Answering your support messages
  • Sending account and subscription notices, such as a payment receipt or a reminder that a period is ending
  • Sending optional tips and feature announcements, which you can switch off in your settings

Improving Pinora

  • Aggregate usage statistics that identify nobody
  • Looking at the paths people take through the app, so we know where to make it simpler

Legal and safety

  • Preventing fraud and abuse of the credit system
  • Meeting accounting obligations and responding to lawful requests

We rely on established service providers to do this, some of which operate outside Iran. Each of them is under an agreement to use your information only for these purposes.

Cookies and measurement

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember the language you chose. Alongside that we measure general usage of the app and how people find their way to Pinora, so we know what works and where we need to improve. If you block cookies in your browser, signing in will not work.

Security and how long we keep things

Your information is held on encrypted infrastructure with restricted access. We keep it for as long as your account is active, and whenever you ask us to close your account it is deleted within 30 days.

What you can ask us for

Things you can do yourself

  • See and edit your profile, your body details and your goals at any time
  • Delete an individual analysis or a logged meal from your history
  • Turn account email off in your notification settings

Things you email us for

  • Deleting your account and everything in it. Write to support@pinoralife.ir from your registered address. We confirm with you before deleting anything.
  • Getting a copy of your information. Ask, and we will send you an export.
  • Correcting something you cannot edit yourself.

We answer these requests within 30 days.

Records attached to a payment have to be kept for accounting purposes even after an account is deleted.

Age

Who Pinora is for

  • Pinora is not built for children under 13
  • If you are between 13 and 18, use it with a parent or guardian's agreement

Changes to this policy

How we handle changes

  • We update this page when the service changes or the law requires it
  • The date at the top always reflects the version you are reading
  • For significant changes we notify registered users by email or in the app

Continuing to use Pinora after a change means you accept the updated policy.
